Tucaxen 150 mg (Tucatinib), a generic Tukysa is a prescription medicine used to treat locally advanced unresectable or metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer who have received at least one or more prior anti-HER2 treatment regimens. Have to take orally 300mg twice daily with or without food (about 12 hours apart).
The most common adverse reactions are:
Diarrhea, hand-foot syndrome, nausea, fatigue, liver problems, vomiting, mouth sores/ pain, weight loss, muscle/ joint pain, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, headache, anemia, and rash.
