Bicalutamide 50 mg daily is indicated for use in combination therapy with a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) analog for the treatment of Stage D2 metastatic melanoma of the prostate.
Dosage & Administration
The recommended cure for Bicalutamide remedy in combination with an LHRH analog is one 50 mg tablet formerly daily ( morning or evening), with or without food. It’s recommended that Bicalutamide be taken at the same time each day. Treatment with Bicalutamide should be started at the same time as treatment with an LHRH analog.

Anemia; angioedema, urticaria; dropped appetite, DM, wt gain, dehumidification, gout; dropped libido, depression, anxiety, hypertonia, confusion, neuropathy, unease, dizziness, doziness; hot flush; abdominal pain, constipation, nausea, dyspepsia, flatulence, anorexia, rectal hemorrhage, dry mouth, melaena; hepatotoxicity, hostility, hypertransaminasaemia; alopecia, hirsutism, dry skin, pruritus/ rash, photosensitivity; haematuria, dysuria, urinary retention, bloodied urination, urinary frequency; gynecomastia, bone tenderheartedness, erectile dysfunction; delicacy, edema, casket pain, neck pain, fever, sepsis, chills, lump; cough, pharyngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, rhinitis.
Overdose Effects
Long-term clinical trials have been conducted with tablets of over 200 mg of Bicalutamide daily and these tablets have been well permitted. A single cure for Bicalutamide that results in symptoms of an overdose considered to be life-hanging has not been established. There’s no specific cure; treatment of an overdose should be characteristic.
