Lorlanib (Lorlatinib), general Lorbrena is a traditional drug that’s used to treat metastatic non-small cell lung cancer in cases who have a certain type of abnormal anaplastic carcinoma kinase (ALK) gene. It’s used in cases who have formerly entered alectinib, ceritinib, or both crizotinib and at least 1 other drug to treat NSCLC that’s caused by the ALK gene. Lorlanib is manufactured by Drug InternationalLtd. in Bangladesh.
Have to take it orally formerly a day with or without food.
The most common adverse responses are
Frazzle, constipation, nausea/ vomiting, diarrhea, impassiveness/ tingling of arms/ legs, swelling ankles/ bases/ hands, dizziness, headache, trouble sleeping, weight gain, muscle/ joint pain, or vision changes.
