Palboxen 125 mg (Palbociclib), generic Ibrance is a prescription medicine used to treat hormone receptor (HR) positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative advanced breast cancer in women who have experienced menopause. Palboxen is manufactured by Everest Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Have to take orally once a day with food for 21 consecutive days followed by 7 days off treatment to comprise a complete cycle of 28 days.

Side Effects:

Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, tiredness, weakness, hair loss, mouth sores, or numbness/tingling of arms/legs.
