Lorbrexen 100 mg (Lorlatinib)

Lorbrexen 100 mg (Lorlatinib), generic Lorbrena is a prescription medicine used to treat metastatic non-small cell lung cancer in patients who have a certain type of abnormal anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene. It is used in patients who have already received alectinib, ceritinib, or both crizotinib and at least 1 other medicine to treat NSCLC that is caused by the ALK gene. Lorbrexen is manufactured by Everest Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Have to take it orally once a day with or without food.

Side Effects:

The most common adverse reactions are:

Tiredness, constipation, nausea/ vomiting, diarrhea, numbness/ tingling of arms/ legs, swelling ankles/ feet/ hands, dizziness, headache, trouble sleeping, weight gain, muscle/ joint pain, or vision changes.
