Cerinib (Ceritinib), general Zykadia is a traditional drug used to treat anaplastic carcinoma kinase (ALK)-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) for which cases who are unfit to tolerate or have progressed on previous crizotinib remedy. Cerinib is manufactured by Drug InternationalLtd. in Bangladesh.
Have to take 450 mg orally formerly diurnal with food.

First cure reduction 300 mg day
Alternate cure reduction 150 mg day
Unfit to tolerate 150 mg/ day Discontinue

Side Effects
The most common adverse responses are

Diarrhea, nauseavomiting, abdominal painloss of appetite, heartburn, constipation, or frazzle.
